Shipping

What does shipping cost?
A flat $5.95 on every order, with no minimum and no maximum. That is the only shipping charge, and you see it at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?
The United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long until my order arrives?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 8 business days. A typical order arrives 5 to 11 business days after you place it.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email one from our store domain as soon as your parcel ships. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fee.

Who pays return shipping?
You do if you simply changed your mind. We do if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

How long until I get my money back?
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Sizing and fabric

How do I know the length?
Every dress lists its length as Mini, Midi or Maxi on the product page.

What are these made of?
Cotton, linen, rayon and viscose, or a blend. The fabric is listed on every product page.

The colour looks different on my screen.
Screens vary. If a dress arrives and the colour is not what you expected, the 30-day return window covers it.
