1. About these terms

This website is operated by Pico Clothing Outlet. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We do our best to describe every item accurately, including its length, colour and fabric, and to show colours faithfully in our photographs. Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different in person.

We may change prices or discontinue an item at any time. If an item is unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, rates and delivery regions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy or resell its content without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images and layout of this site belong to Pico Clothing Outlet or our suppliers and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
